Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You only add payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for, then move back to Free.
What happens to my data on Free?
Nothing goes anywhere. Your books, readers and permission records all stay put. On Free you can download your readers as a spreadsheet and add them to your email service yourself.
What does Pro add?
Higher limits, an automatic link to your email service so new readers are added for you, and the option to remove the small Storyfinch credit. See the full features.
